Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
Presentations will range from 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the session, contributed or invited, and are expected to be electronic presentations displayed on a Windows Linux or Macintosh computer via an LCD projector. The VOiG wiki can be used to upload your talk as well as look at and contribute to the wiki forum that goes with each presentation - this interaction can occur before, during, and after the conference.
Posters
Posters will be available the entire meeting with several poster sessions. Posters should be 48in x48in (122cm x 122cm) or smaller, either in one or multiple pieces/pages, and be mountable on a free standing poster board using push pins. Authors are expected to be present for at least one full poster session to present the content to interested attendees.
The VOiG wiki can be used to upload your poster and indicate when presenters will be at the poster, as well as looking at and contributing to the wiki forum that goes with each poster - this interaction can occur before, during, and after the conference.
